On April 11, 2023, the Streetsboro Senior Center, in collaboration with the Streetsboro Parks and Recreation Department, hosted the "Living History - A Night of Stories" event. The event took place at the Streetsboro Annex and gave senior citizens the opportunity to share stories, pictures, items etc from their lives and experiences.
This event was a huge success and hosted over 250 people. Because of the success, the event was recently recognized and awarded a 3rd place award from the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association in the Historical and Cultural Arts Programs category.
